This is a schedule of one and two night cruises to Nowhere leaving from NYC New York 2014, 2015 and 2016 sailings. These special NYC cruise breaks deals are often categorized as “Mini Cruises NYC”, along with the NYC dinner cruises deals and the guided cruise tours and excursions operated with smaller NYC harbor boats or luxury yachts.
Cruise to Nowhere NYC deals
The 1-2 night cruise to Nowhere NYC deals are inclusive of dining, entertainment and the rest of the popular on-board activities, plus all the amenities that make big cruise ships so popular in the last two decades. These special trips out of New York feature no calling on other ports – your big ship will simply sail far enough from the US shore, where the on-board duty-free shopping and gambling become legal, then sail back to NYC.
As a category in the section of cheap NYC Short Getaway packages, the NYC cruise to Nowhere may also include pre- and post-cruise hotel stays and transportation to and from the port. These short NYC cruise deals are perfect for first-timers, who can sample all the life on-board fun, including the ship’s Spa and Casino, all-inclusive dining options, the ship staterooms, venues, activities, amenities, etc. Most of the NYC Nowhere cruises are offered by the Norwegian Line Gem ship when it adjust its schedule to operate Bermuda from NYC during summer.

|Royal Caribbean Quantum of the Seas||
In 2014, 2015 and 2016, NCL continue to offer more regular “Nowhere” deals with NYC departures on their ships Gem and the new Breakaway. New addition is the latest “WOW ship” creation by Royal Caribbean – the Quantum cruise ship. Quantum of the Seas will be leaving from Bayonne NJ in late Fall 2014 – to show off its specialties right after the inaugural Transatlantic crossing from Southampton UK. Quantum prices are pretty high (I personally think ~$300 pp pd is a little too much), but this ship is truly unique, and brand new, and Royal Caribbean, and so big, and so advertised all over the Net!
And while speaking of UK, how about a “Mini” Cruise to Nowhere from New York? Some guys are doing it – by transforming the so British Mini Cooper (convertible, of course) into a floating device. This marine vessel got its
licence registration number (PA 8889 DJ), and it’s stirring the NYC harbor’s waters chased by the NYPD forces (police boat 38). The guy in the car boat vessel looks kinda boring, but the New York City is best fun – like always!
Besides NYC, very popular “Nowhere” cruise ports are San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Baltimore, San Diego, Miami, Tampa, Sydney AU, London and Southampton UK, Amsterdam and other heavily populated big port cities. They all have a bigger and diverse clientele to offer, as well as a world-class media presence. However, most of the big cities do not offer big-ship deals on cruises to Nowhere – instead, they are operated by smaller entertainment- or casino ships, and usually at much bigger prices.
